Before the extensive refurbishment in 2016, the whole building had no air conditioning.
ACG has contributed to the contemporary industrial setting.
WE RETROFITTED:
- 120 x Fan coil units
- 22 x outdoor units
- Crane lifted in the heart of the city to the plant room
- Successfully commissioned and now undergoing maintenance and service annually.
All these were successfully carried out while the hotel was still operating which only allowed us to utilise certain places and specific hours!
